01Contractual Relationship
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Suman. By accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all access and use of Suman.
02Eligibility & Accounts
Age Requirements: You must be at least 13 years of age to use Suman. If you are between 13 and 18, you must have the permission of a parent or legal guardian.
Account Security: You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- Maintain the security of your password and identification.
- Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
03Description of Services
Suman provides a suite of wellness tools including but not limited to:
AI Soul Essence
Personalized AI interactions for emotional support and affirmations.
Wellness Tracking
Tools for monitoring mood, sleep, sobriety, and anxiety levels.
Community Forums
Social spaces for sharing experiences and receiving support from peers.
Curated Content
Audio sessions, meditations, and educational wellness articles.
04Subscriptions & Payments
Certain features may require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree that:
- Billing: Fees will be billed in advance on a recurring interval (monthly/annually) as specified at the time of purchase.
- Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds are provided for partial periods.
- Taxes: All fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
05User Conduct & Content
A. User-Generated Content
You retain ownership of any content you post in our community features. However, by posting, you grant Suman a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, and display your content in connection with our Services.
B. Prohibited Conduct
You agree NOT to:
- ● Harass or stalk other users.
- ● Post illegal or pornographic content.
- ● Use bots or automated scripts.
- ● Attempt to reverse engineer the App.
- ● Impersonate Suman staff or others.
- ● Distribute malware or viruses.
06Intellectual Property
The Suman name, logo, software, designs, and curated wellness content (the "Suman IP") are the exclusive property of Suman and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
07Limitation of Liability
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Updates to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
